Having all of our hat and headband production under one roof means that we can take your special order! If you need a larger (or smaller) size or are desperately seeking an exact replacement for the hat you lost in your local ski area parking lot, please fill out this form and we'll do our best to help! We can't always grant your wish, but we sure try hard.

1. Special orders are billed at full retail product price + 20%.

2. Once we determine the feasibility of your request, we will reply by email with a 'yay or nay', and sort out any missing details.

3. We will also send an invoice from our website. Once it is paid, we will move forward with the special order.

4. Special orders take 7-10 days to complete once payment has been received.
