Here's how it works:
STEP 1: Pick the products you'd like to order from our Custom Product Catalog>>
Sauce products are specially designed to meet the needs of athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. Within our product lineup you'll find design features that are unique to our brand and well-loved by those who wear our toppings North America-wide.
STEP 2: Download our current price lists.
The prices shown here are all inclusive for the product and design. When we confirm your order, these are the prices you will see. A 50% deposit will be billed to start the order. The remainder will be due when we ship the order.
For US customers, the only additional fee will be your shipping charge. Canadian customers will also be charged the applicable sales tax. Shipping costs for Canadians are detailed in the additional information section below.
STEP 3: Give some thought to your custom design.
Some customers come to us with a clear picture of what they are looking for. Others give us a few key details and we do the rest. Either way is totally fine!
The order form gives you the option to describe your perfect hat, or choose to receive our design brief. The brief will walk you through some questions to give our artists direction in making your project come to life.
Our full custom projects come together using a variety of graphic forms; including digital graphic design, original artwork and/or photographs. Keep all options in mind as you contemplate your design.
A 10% discount may apply if you supply us with your own print-ready artwork. Contact us and request the template.
STEP 4: Complete the order form, upload all logos and click 'Submit'
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to respond to email questions within 48 hours. If you need an immediate answer, give us a call at our Bozeman, Montana office between 8:30-4:30, Monday-Friday. It's hard to email from the production floor, but we can always answer the phone 😉 !!
STEP 5: We'll confirm receipt of your order, sort out any missing info and bill for the 50% deposit.
STEP 6: Within 7-10 days you'll receive 3-5 design concepts for review, and edits will be made from there. We'll continue with 2-3 rounds of edits until we reach a final design. If you provide artwork, a PDF proof will be emailed to you within a week.
STEP 7: Sit back and relax! Your order will ship 4-6 weeks from the date we confirmed your order in step 5.
