Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, you have the option to return it! All Sauce products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product (this includes tassels). We will repair or replace at our discretion. Please contact us if this situation should arise.

Return Details – please read carefully:

  • To make an exchange, please place a new order for the item(s) you would like and then follow our guidelines to complete the return of your original order.
  • Please return merchandise in a clean and resalable condition, with original hangtags intact.
  • We suggest a traceable shipping method. Please keep your tracking numbers to properly document a safe return. Sauce cannot assume responsibility for lost or misdirected merchandise.
  • Sauce will not accept any returns, defective merchandise, or warranty items without a proof of purchase or a valid receipt.
  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment for the product total only. Original shipping charges & return shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 days for the credit to post to your account.
  • If returning product due to defective workmanship, we will gladly reimburse your return freight within the first 90 days. Otherwise, return shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  • If we made a mistake with your order, we will pay to have the items returned to us, and replacements sent back to you.  Otherwise, shipping costs for items returned or exchanged are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We ask that merchandise be returned within 45 days of purchase. A return beyond 45 days requires pre-authorization and may result in store credit rather than a refund.
  • Sauce reserves the right to refuse any returns we feel to be excessive and/or in bad faith.

If you use our Return Portal at the link above you can expect the following process:

  • Click on the link.
  • Log in to your account:
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  • Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Request return".
  • If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
